Your personal information.

We will not collect any information about individuals, except where it is specifically and knowingly provided, for example, at the time of registering for the newsletter or at the time of ordering. When you order, we collect person information such as your name, email address, postal address, delivery address, telephone number, credit or debit card and the card's expiry date. This allows us to process and fulfil your order and to notify you about the status of your order.
We will also collect non-transactional data should you enter a competition, take part in a survey, request a brochure or sample, request an e-newsletter or contact Quirc & Dunn via of the electronic forms.
Quirc & Dunn will NOT share data with any third party except for the purposes of processing payment. Your name and address information is used solely to process orders unless your prior consent is given. Without your consent, this information will NEVER be sold, given, rented or traded to others for purposes other than order fulfilment.

Ordering Safely With Quirc & Dunn

Once you have completed the selection of products you wish to purchase you may proceed to place an order. As soon as you click “continue with order” your browser will go into secure mode. Data relating to your order and your personal and payment card details will all pass to our payment providers server in an encrypted format. As soon as you have finished ordering you will exit secure mode.
As an additional protection for you, our system is designed so that you cannot place an order until you are safely within secure mode.
We recommend that you do not communicate your payment card details to anyone, including us, by e-mail. We cannot be responsible for any losses you may incur in transmitting information to us by internet link or by e-mail. Any such loss shall not be borne either wholly or partly by us, and shall be entirely your responsibility.

We use Realex for all credit & debit card processing which is the one of the most secure online payment services available. We never view any credit or debit card information all payments are handled by Realex.

Quirc and Dunn Terms and Conditions

Terms and conditions may change from time to time and Quirc & Dunn reserves the right to change terms without notice.
We endeavour at all times to have product information and images up-to-date. Any errors are wholly unintentional.
We reserve the right to make changes and update our website as necessary and without notice.
Colour representation of products on screen may vary to actual product colours; Quirc & Dunn cannot be held responsible for these variations.

Delivery

Delivery will be made by carrier instructed by us to the address stipulated in our order.  You must ensure that someone is there to accept the order

If we are unable to deliver your order after two calls by our carrier, we will notify you to try and arrange a date convenient for you.

 If we have failed to contact you after 20 days from the first time we attempted delivery, we will cancel your order and return money paid for the goods.  We will retain any charge we made for delivery.

If we ourselves are unable to deliver your goods within 10 days of the date of your order, we shall notify you by e-mail to arrange a later date for delivery and giving you the option of cancelling your order.

We may deliver the goods in installments if they are not all available at the same time for delivery.

Goods are sent at your our risk until signed for by you or by any other person at the adresss given for delivery.

We endeavour to dispatch goods within 48hrs of order completion and payment Mon-Fri, whereby the order is made on a weekend we will dispatch within 48hrs from the Monday of that working week.  Goods are sent by courier within a 2day delivery time to anywhere in the Republic of Ireland, orders outside of the Republic will incurr additional costs depending on size & weight of items.  We will send you a message by email to tell you when your order has been despatched.

Gift Vouchers

Gift Vouchers can be purchased online or in the showroom. Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from date of purchase and they are non-refundable.

Returns

If for any reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, just contact us within 30days and we will refund all of your purchase price excluding delivery charges.

The goods must be returned to us as soon as any defect is discovered.

So far as is possible please return all goods:

• With goods and all packaging in their original packaging and condition
• Securely wrapped
• Delivery slip included
• At your risk and cost

Force Majeure

We are not liable for any breach of our obligations resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control including but not limited to strikes of our own employees or any force majeure incident.

We have taken great care in the preparation of the content of this website, in particular to ensure that the details descriptions and prices quoted are correct at the time of publishing.
