Delivery

Our delivery rate to the Republic of Ireland is €5.95 for all items up to 20kgs (this includes our bicycles).  To the UK prices will vary as we will use An Post package service, you can contact us by email or phone us during our opening hours of 10-5pm Mon-Sat. 

Delivery will be made by carrier instructed by us to the address stipulated in our order.  You must ensure that someone is there to accept the order

If we are unable to deliver your order after two calls by our carrier, we will notify you to try and arrange a date convenient for you.

 If we have failed to contact you after 20 days from the first time we attempted delivery, we will cancel your order and return money paid for the goods.  We will retain any charge we made for delivery.

If we ourselves are unable to deliver your goods within 10 days of the date of your order, we shall notify you by e-mail to arrange a later date for delivery and giving you the option of cancelling your order.

We may deliver the goods in installments if they are not all available at the same time for delivery.

Goods are sent at your our risk until signed for by you or by any other person at the adresss given for delivery.

We endeavour to dispatch goods within 48hrs of order completion and payment Mon-Fri, whereby the order is made on a weekend we will dispatch within 48hrs from the Monday of that working week.  Goods are sent by courier within a 2day delivery time to anywhere in the Republic of Ireland, orders outside of the Republic will incurr additional costs depending on size & weight of items.  We will send you a message by email to tell you when your order has been despatched.

Gift Vouchers

Gift Vouchers can be purchased online or in the showroom. Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from date of purchase and they are non-refundable.

Returns

If for any reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, just contact us within 30days and we will refund all of your purchase price excluding delivery charges.

The goods must be returned to us as soon as any defect is discovered.

So far as is possible please return all goods:

• With goods and all packaging in their original packaging and condition
• Securely wrapped
• Delivery slip included
• At your risk and cost
